Probiotic is helpful for gut health
This is an important product. This probiotic has helped me with my gut health.

Did not go well for me. Caused bad lethargic type reaction
These probiotics have 5 star reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. But It caused me gastro distress along with lethargy and brain fog. I got the sense my body was rejecting these strains and trying to get rid of them. I've tried another probiotic by this company "Skin Probiotic+" which worked great, but for some reason this one didn't work for me.
