Great for the price point!
I'm a 5'1 girl who is not a bodybuilder/serious workout nerd. I read on Twitter that hanging is good for your spine, so I got curious and wanted a bar but I didn't want to mount anything on my wall. I also didn't want to "go for the gold" and get an expensive piece of equipment. This thing is great for me! It doesn't wobble, it feels balanced and has just enough padding on the grip. If I do pull ups or longer hangs I'll want more padding probably. I had a handyman assemble this for me so I can't speak to the difficulty there. I've also had this for only about a month so I don't know about the long term. So far so good. Love it and use it a lot! And it turns out that hanging does feel really good.

Easy to Assemble but narrow and swings while using
Easy to Assemble with good instructions. Too narrow and swings easily, so pull-ups become more about managing swing than just making reps. I normally use a gym pull-up bar on a sturdy rack and will continue to use the bar at the gym, but this makes a great home set up when the door is too wide to use a door way pull-up bar. I have already used it to complete a pull-up ladder.Overall, it is good but wish the bar was wider and came with a way to keep it from swinging.

Great value, good quality for home gym
Very good quality for someone my size and weight (5 6, and 150 lbs). Great value for home works, and don't have to wait for others to finish at the pull up bar in the gym.

Multiple function pull up bar
Takes a bit of time but assembly went smoothly. Equipment is sturdy, stable and well made. Functions well able to perform multiple exercises. Height works well.

Husband's favorite purchase of the year
My husband and I are homebodies and fairly sedentary, and we were starting to notice some back pain and other issues. The solution was to start looking for things to build a home gym with-- things that would fit in our small apartment, that is. After a lot of research and looking for deals, we found this, and it has been great! My husband likes to hang from it to help stretch out his back and I have been slowly increasing my upper body strength on it. We don't have the best spot for it, since the apartment doesn't have anywhere that it will fit perfectly unobtrusively, but we did what we could and it's in a fairly reasonable place, not taking up too much space or blocking the path.It did take both of us to assemble it, as I helped hold the pieces in place as my husband screwed things together, but it was very easy to put together, and I bet my husband could have done it by himself (albeit in a possibly longer span of time). As far as sturdiness goes, I like to climb up onto it like a monkey on a tree, using that center beam for my feet to stand on, and this does cause the thing to tip up on one end ever so slightly, but it never feels like it's in danger of going anywhere, and I don't do stunts on it. I judge it to be pretty stable. We've had this item for just around a year now and we're very happy with it. My husband finds it indispensable to his daily morning routine.

Not adjustable from bottom
I was excited about this product until after it was assembled, and the bottom part is not adjustable you can raise the top half but the bottom where you want to raise the armrest up to be able to lift your lower body off the ground it cannot be adjusted. This defeats the entire purpose of the equipment And I missed the return date because it’s big and bulky and I needed someone to help me take it apart, so I’m stuck with it and it just doesn’t work at all. Do not buy this product.

Not stable at all.
Very unstable and dangerous, not wide enough.
