The company emailed me to confirm my shipping address and sent a new one immediately. It’s been working fine. Happy to have the customer service email in case i need to contact them again. I’ve now ordered two of these batteries for my dyson. The first one never charged, I got a replacement fairly easy and quickly. Now it’s nine months later and it doesn’t hold more than three minutes charge. We’ve vacuumed about twice a week since we got it. Wish I would’ve kept the manufacturer’s book from the box because I can’t actually find warranty info within the listing or order details.
