Good, but be mindful of "pressure" causing milk to rise up the straw and overflow
These are great to help baby get the last bit of milk or water out of the bottle without having to tilt it. However, I've noticed milk tends to rise up and out of the straw if there is a temperature difference between the liquid inside the bottle and air temperature. Pressure builds up and if you're not paying attention, it overflows. What helps is to unscrew, lift straw out to release the liquid back down and close again. Simple but annoying. At first I thought it was a defect in the design of the weighted straw, but found this to be the case even with the standard straw that comes with the Grosmimi bottle. In fact, it happens with the other brands too so not specific to this brand.

Usable in munchkin cups
I use these in my munchkin straw cup. It fits perfectly, and is weighted so my daughter can drink from the cup at all angles. They come with a brush, so getting them clean is fairly easy, but they do take a while to dry. I still recommend them

Choking hazard
This thing is a choking hazard. My baby accidentally pulled the straw out and i caught my baby chewing this little weighted ball inside his mouth! I was dead scared! What if he swallowed it!! Good thing i was able to get it out immediately! I will throw away all 4 of this bottles that i bought! At first I thought its good and that the quality is good but no! Not worth it! Not safe! Im so sad!

Best way to introduce straws to baby
This weighted straw goes with the grosmimi set. It has helped teach my son to drink from a straw and helps that he can drink even when the bottle is turned upside down.

Not worth the hype
I bought the Grosmimi cups for my second child since there were so many glowing reviews and then quickly realized we needed a weighted straw for her, I bought this kit and it is SO HARD TO CLEAN. It’s in three pieces and you have to use the pipe cleaner they provided and it’s just not an easy task. Definitely went back to the Dr brown sippy cups real quick
