Pathetic customer service
I'm writing this review in regards with a replacement of this product. For the people reading this please do not buy this product from Amazon. First of all this product dosnt seem to be working and I have been trying for replacement of the product for the past 3 months and amazon has been providing me with really awful customer service. They have cancelled my replacement three times saying my product is fine and there is no issue with it. The battery does not work at all and I have been trying to explain this to the customer service agent for the past three months. I would like to be specific and mention an agent by the name Venkateshwar. The agent did not seem to understand my request and just randomly hung up the call. This is unacceptable amazon. I have been your loyal customer for the past 5 years and I do not expect this type of customer service. I will raising a complaint regarding this issue as your customer service agents tone was not very appropriate and has zero customer service skills. Please take required action on this case. I did not expect this from amazon
