Broke after 10 weeks
Tuxing just got back to me saying it's my fault for allowing it to use too much current ! The PSU sparked gave a loud bang and was dead. The description also said auto pressure cut off, Tuxing have now said it's my fault, the PSU sparked and gave a loud bang as I drew too much current, what ! I don't decide the current it draws, I have now attached a pic of the PSU PCB, the fuse didn't even blow, instead it smoked and burnt the pcb tracks out. If you have one DONT leave it alone even for a second and don't stay too close !

This is a barging with some notes
The first thing you need to understand with these air compressors is that the more pressure you’ll have the more problems you have. The second one is that a small compressor, continuous usage, and high pressure are generally a bad combination and doomed to fail. Because of this, these require continuous maintenance otherwise the life expectancy is short. But if you understand these, this is a barging. Comes with plenty of spare parts and filters which is a great benefit as you be needing those. Surprisingly fast as it takes less than 4 min to fill the gun from 100 bar to 200 bar. The compressor is quiet and the fan is from hell. I’ll most like will be replacing that with a modern quiet one and a more efficient one after the guarantee is over. Also, I’ll do some other modifications to extend its quality and life. Some downsides are that some may experience the voltage selection rather painful job as you need to tear the unit apart to access the selector switch located inside and side of the transformer. Also, the concept of 12 volts is (in my opinion) useless as you’d get a much more powerful and better (motor) compressor with 110/230v. You could still use this at range with a cheap 12v to 230v inverter.I’ll try to report back about the lifecycle.

Unreliable Product
After purchasing the more advanced model of this compressor on the 5th July, I then purchased this more basic model for the purpose of filling small SCUBA pony cylinders on 12th July, willing to give the company and product another try.Initially for 3weeks all was good, I rigidly stuck to all the operating instructions, only to find that the unit then started "squeaking" then heavy grinding noises could be heard at the same time. The unit then stopped working and this was the result a complete failure of mechanical parts, the unit had been used 16 times, and this was the result. The item duly returned and Amazon issued a full refund. I'm not sure if this is bad luck but it would appear that this unit cannot handle the work load, and constant use.It would appear that there seems to be an inherent weakness.I certainly am a little sceptical about this equipment.

Which one am I buying?
The compressor turned up promptly and was well wrapped. The advert on Amazon stated, among other things that it had an automatic pressure off setting - it didn't! It took me a while studying other ads that there are two types. TXET062-1 The other is TXET062-2. One has auto turn off by setting required pressure on the gauge, the other one you have to keep an eagle eye on the pressure gauge and manually switch off when pressure is reached. It's the price that tells you which one you are buying. The one with auto cut off is around £230, mins with manual switch off was £186Please, please RTFM, there is a little thing to go through to do with submerging the filter in a bowl of water -with the enclosed plug in place. If it bubbles when you switch on - its leaking air somewhere.I found my leaks by putting PTFE tape on anything that had a screw fitting, and an O ring on the BSA filler wand. It now works. I'm only going to use mine when it drops to 200 and bring it up to the 232 BSA R10 pressure.

Worked ok, then blow up in sparks.
Initially worked filling a variety of air guns, but only after around 4-5 hours it blew up, the fuse was changed. The compressor only fills to 3/4 of a bar and fills no more.In my opinion a waste of time and money.
