I love these vitamins. They have helped me improve my oral care but that’s along with consistent flossing, brushing and doing a good job with my oral care maintenance overall. This is a supplement meaning that it should be supplementing healthy oral care practices and healthy eating habits, not replacing them or creating a miracle solution. It’s true that some supplements are just bad and they don’t work even if you’re maintaining a healthy lifestyle but this one worked for me in tandem with my own good oral care and healthy habits.

After giving birth my teeth were weak and hurt. I used the stuff the dentist gave me, but had no relief. I started taking this supplement and it was an absolute game changer. I've since had another kid and feel that it was a game changer with that one too. The price is high compared to others, but then again with other brands I've had no noticeable results. I really like that this supplement is more well rounded than other calcium supplements. It isn't just about the calcium, it's also about other supplements that help with absorption. I was so impressed I am not trying other supplements by this brand.

Good product. If you have a deficiency, the recommended dosage is probably fine; however, the average person should do some research on risks associated with too much vitamin D. The bottle and mfr website actually says 3 capsules for a serving size. 3 capsules already exceeds the maximum recommended dosage of vitamin D. I take one since I also take a multi-vitamin which contains vitamin D as well.

I’ve been having tooth pain in between my two back molars for several months and it especially gets worse if I consume too much sugar. I haven’t gone to a dentist because I can’t afford it, but I’m pretty sure it’s a cavity in its initial phase. In the past few weeks, it’s gotten a little bit worse to the point where now I can’t brush that part of my mouth because my teeth hurt so much. I ordered these supplements, and I make sure to consume them with a fatty meal or sometimes just a shot of EV olive oil so that it can help with the absorption of vitamin A, D and K (fat soluble) Within four days, the pain was reduced to about 90% and after one week it completely went away! I thought I could stop taking them so when I finished the first bottle, I didn’t order a second one and within a week the pain came back. Needless to say, I just ordered a second bottle! If you’re not getting enough of these vitamins through your food, I would highly recommend this supplement 🏆

Worked right away with pain/discomfort but has done NOTHING for gum healing!

I am so glad I bought these. For years I’ve struggled with teeth that get these fluorosis looking extra white lines across them or at the bottom, and I’ve had gingivitis looking gums (both of these without being on the worst end of the spectrum). Those two things have calmed down significantly. I don’t take the supplement every day, but was consistent for the first week. I’m not a doctor but I can say this supplement definitely helped me.

Until I can get to a dentist to see what is going on with my teeth and gums these are a perfect combination with another brand that I use. My teeth and gums were very sensitive every time I ate anything hard and bleeding every time I brushed. Since I've been using these that does not happen. Thanks so much for this product.

I used to love these vitamins and took them for several years, but then the last couple bottles I bought smelled so bad that I had to throw them out. I’m not sure if the formula changed or I just had a couple of bottles that were off, but for as much as these cost, I wasn’t willing to continue buying them just to see if I might get a bottle that didn’t smell. It was really disappointing because I feel like these have a great list of ingredients.
