Buying clothes online is always a full court struggle. A few months ago I got an Amazon Essentials flannel shirt. To my amazement, it was great! Didn't shrink, didn't need ironing, it is perfect! So why not try some pants? I'm quite particular about my bottoms. I'm an average size guy, maybe even on the short side of life, with a few extra pounds. I life pants to fit, but not be tight. These pants have stretchy fabric, even in the waist, that makes them comfy. The fabric is very soft... I mean very! I've owned a lot of crappy khakis in my life. These are not those. There is one thing that's very important to mention: If you're going to wash and dry these per the instructions located on the tag, get the extra inch of inseam. They will shrink up a little in the wash. Also, be prepared to iron. I iron everything, everyday, it's part of my life so I don't mind.

My existing dress and jeans/casual pants are almost all 32 waist, so that's what I ordered for these. Nope, way too tight. As other reviewers have noted, the material has a little stretch to it, but there's no stretch in the waist. Returned and ordered both a 33W AND a 34W. They just arrived and the 33 is slightly larger (but still not comfortable), but oddly the 34 is just as tight as the 32. Yes, I double checked the tags. Maybe it's a metric system thing. I'm willing to give it one more go with a 35W. YMMV.

I work in a professional business casual setting and the khaki pants are so much better than I expected. These are softer and better quality than my $100 polo khakis. I came back and bought 4 in different colors !

My kid is pretty hard on his clothes. These have held up great and fit really well

Size 40-34The sizing is perfect for me. These are amazing pants for the price. Have several sets of Amazon pants like these and they have been excellent. I get all slacks type pants dry cleaned. So, I don’t worry about shrinkage.

I was afraid these pants would be too tight but they fir really well. So many pants have a baggy butt, these do not. That's refreshing.

Material feels solid, long lasting, and sizing is correct.

I like the fit. I don’t particularly like the look after washing because it looks like it needs to be ironed. For a very casual look they’re fine.

These are so good, I have now bought 5 pairs.The pockets are nice and deep, the fit is perfect and they are very comfortable.I initially bought them as an alternative to golf trousers, they are cheaper, made of cotton, so the fabric allows your skin to breathe and dries quickly, and smart enough to conform to the dress code. I was so impressed with the first pair that I wear these all the time now for all sorts of activities, and for general day to day wear.Well done Amazon Essentials, a first class product.

I'll quickly state the facts from my purchase. Great price of £14. Seem to be well made and nice material. I ordered black and the colour was fine. Fit at the waist was 32" as expected and the length was perfect for me. SO can you imagine after all this how disappointed I am when the leg is no where near slim, just completely too wide. Like a pair of normal straight cut trousers.I have read the same issue in reviews of the skinny fit trousers. So please sort this out Amazon, because these could be really great for the price. Till then I will be returning mine.

Needed some cheap smart-ish trousers for my driving job and these fit the bill. Quality of material seems very good and the fit is nice, not too baggy. Had to get the 31” leg as my usual 30” was out of stock. They are not too long however, so pleased with the fit and price was ok. I paid just over £16 for these but price is now £22. Will wait until it comes down again before purchasing another pair.

I was hesitant to purchase "used" until I read the Amazon explanation (which I interpreted as "returned without all labels and oackaging"). Only ones in my size, so I ordered. Wow! Fit us prtfect. Length is perfect. Fabric feels wonderful! Look sharp! Only difference is I didn't have to waste time removing tags! Would but again. Fits as advertized/expected.

I tried a few different sizes of these trousers and eventually settled on 34/29. I initially ordered in my usual jeans size (32/30) but were way too tight in the waist and a little long in length. My advice therefore is to order your normal trouser size not jean size. There is no adjustment or stretch in the material. The light grey colour looks smart. They are made of an extremely comfortable lighter weight material - great for the summer. I am very pleased with these trousers and they are amazing for the price. The only negative comment I would make is that I would not describe them as wrinkle resistant. Highly recommended but be careful with the sizing.
