Authentic taste
After 13 years as a cook in India,this is probably the best tasting commercial curry powder iv tasted since.A strong taste,fresh and firey,way way better your average.

Superb masala mix
Seems to be full of high-quality spices, it’s quite tolerant to getting the fry time just right, suggesting everything was pre-roasted before being ground. You won’t need a huge amount of this so back off a spoonful or so if you are used to less punchy and blander mixes.

Tasty spice blend to use in lots of dishes
The mix smells lovely and I've used it to make a chicken curry and also to make a curry with paneer. Both turned out beautifully! You don't need to add any other spices other than this, maybe a little extra chilli power if you like heat!
