It's incredible what the credit union industry has done in order to better serve and retain members over the past 20 years. The idea of people helping people has been retained and expanded to organizational collaboration. It's easy for an industry to have entrepreneurial aspirations. It's difficult for an entire industry to collaborate, maintain shared purpose and demonstrate humility. Credit unions have done so through CUSOs, this book details milestones which have happened over the years and what is possible in the future. Brian, thank you for taking the time to capture these success stories in one book and presenting them in a manner which is easy to digest and inspiring to do more.

This book is well thought out and put together. It is a good refresher for credit unions as an industry and the power CUSOs can have for credit unions. It starts with the basics of understanding the world of credit unions then moves to how CUSOs benefit credit unions, CUSOs and collaboration, CUSOs and Technological Innovation, all the way through to forming a CUSO. If you are interested in the power of CUSOs, I would recommend picking up this book.
