Can this chassis take eatx 305 x 330? for hdd, how many trays does it come included and do i need to buy more, am trying to configure 8-10 3.5" drives

They list SSI-EEB motherboard compatible on the main website for it which is 305x330mm so it should be fine. You get 4 trays in the box so you would need to buy more to fit up to 10 drives, they come in packs of two and are available in white and black and come with all the screws and fittings you need.

will the rtx 4090 graphics card fit in this case comfortably?

The case is huge, I wouldn't see why not. I have a large Gigabyte GTX something in it, it's a width size card. Great case, you can't go wrong with it.
