Putting it together
Review: Good Product, Poor InstructionsI like the product after finally getting it assembled, but the instructions need significant improvement. The instructions are confusing, and I can see how they might make sense to the person who wrote them, but for a first-time user, they are not clear. Here are some issues I encountered:Difficult to Identify Parts: The parts are shown very small in the instruction images, making them hard to identify. Additionally, the instructions depend on having the parts oriented correctly, which isn't clearly indicated.Misleading Assembly Steps: About halfway through assembling the storage bin, I realized that parts 4 and 5 were facing the wrong direction. This forced me to disassemble and start over, ensuring I positioned everything correctly this time.Time-Consuming Corrections: Due to the unclear instructions, I had to spend an extra 15-20 minutes troubleshooting and correcting mistakes. With clearer instructions, the assembly would have been straightforward.Overall, the product itself is great once assembled, but I strongly recommend improving the instructions to enhance the customer experience. When I took the product out of the box I was concerned it would be too small. After getting it togeter I was surporsed how much room it had to store my swimming pool fun toys.

Too many pieces unclear instructions
Incredibly difficult to put together. Requires two people. Instructions are totally useless. I sent my first one back because it was missing some pieces and had I known how difficult the replacement was to put together I would never have reordered it. Order it only if you want to spend a few hours putting together this giant puzzle.

Did a great job for me
I am using this to store some bulky items in my basement. The assembly gets easier as you go, but the base grid was somewhat hard to assemble because the netting was not cooperating. A second person would help immensely! I also put a couple of connectors in the wrong place because the illustrations are tiny and not always clear. However, they will come apart and can be reassembled. You definitely need a rubber mallet to pound the parts together. If you do not need to take it apart again, seriously consider purchasing some PVC cement and welding everything together. I would suggest putting it together first without the cement, though.I am overloading it for movement, but it works fine just holding about fifty pounds that are evenly distributed. I am not sure how well it will hold up over the years, but it seems like only the netting might need replacement if I punch something through it.

Needs body strength and organization
So I read about twenty reviews on this and tried to find another brand but ultimately we ended up with this product and I’m a bit OCD so after reading everyone’s reviews I took the time to label my pieces just in case. All pieces were accounted for and everything fit perfectly. I started with step 1- assembly the base frame and then I placed the bars in the support frame around the bottom and assembled it bottoms up first- then I was able to stand it up- did all the side supports “C” and then the A and B frames at the top. Honestly it took me maybe 45 minutes from start to finish and that’s including some organization time. You do need some upper body strength to really pop the pieces in tightly and I think that’s where people are composing it’s flimsy- it doesn’t click in, you really have to push the pieces together. That being said I found it tedious but not difficult and it’s very light weight. I’ll keep it in the shade as recommended. We are in CA so we have a lot of heat and Sun and anything will get damaged when left our in heat and Sun for extended lengths of time. So here’s hoping for durability! Also- they offer a free grill set so we shall see if that arrives…

Lots of storage
Edit: we did buy sand bags but never used them. In the time I’ve had it, it’s never blown around. I added a picture to show how it’s holding up. We’ve had it a year or two…and it still serves its intended purpose. Occasionally the pvc rails pop apart but I just push them back in place. Fading is the only problem we’ve had to date. This sat on our deck all year round. Through a blizzard in January and a month of 90 degree temps, storms and winds haven’t bothered it. I will buy it again when needed!Original: This pool storage offers so much space! I could fit five of the smaller ring floats from end to end or three of the bigger ones. Good pocket storage on each end. Relatively easy to assemble once you understand the schematic. All the parts are nicely bagged and labeled, which is good because the number of parts is overwhelming at first sight! No tools are needed only hands. It is a one person assembly job. I did it alone in 45 minutes in the darkness of night with one spotlight! The wheels roll exceptionally well and even turn on a dime. All that being said, it is so light weight we have decided to buy some sand bag weights to hold it down in storms/wind.

Impossible to put together
I’m really, really good and building IKEA furniture and all the things I buy here. I cannot get this together Both the instructions and video are not helpful. Summer is almost over in CA and it has been unusable. I am ready to put my pool toys and decor and wheel it into the garage but I haven’t been able to use it since I purchased it.I will go out and try again for the last time, after numerous attempts. In CA, I have another. Our if weeks of nice weather. But these companies really must learn to hire people who know English to write instructions, make their illustrations clear, or do clear videos. They don’t even tell you which part of the netting is top/bottom, what goes where. The pipes are labeled but mostly the same size, the connectors could go anywhere-it’s a mess.I gave them two stars instead of one, because I broke a finger that makes it harder, so I don’t want to go for it then tear it apart and start again like I would if I had a fully mobile hand. But it isn’t my hand, it’s the poor instructions. Disappointing.
