It broke! Lasted through nightly use for about 3-4 months under normal use then it would no longer heat and the electronics stopped.

If you struggle with dry eyes or eye strain, this is a lifesaver. The mask heats up quickly, and I like having control over the temperature and timer. It’s soothing before bed and helps with my puffy morning eyes too. The material is comfortable, and the included earplugs are a nice touch for sleep. Only wish the USB cord was a bit longer, but that’s minor compared to the relief it brings.

This is the only dry eye mask I’ve been able to find on Amazon with exact temperatures indicated on the control. I’m trying to follow a regimen of 111 -113 degrees which supposedly is ideal for dry eye therapy to run for 20 minutes. The control also has a nice timer. I had ordered a rechargeable one earlier but decided just plugging it in and getting immediate heat beats remembering to recharge. The cord is 5’ long, which is plenty long and very convenient for my bedside or my recliner. The mask seems to be made well. It is lightweight and firm but made from a comfortable fabric and a sturdy adjustable elastic band. It lays snugly around my eyes and lays over my brows and temples. I like this size to address sinus headaches, not too big and not too small. I decided I didn’t want a mask with Bluetooth. Just more to breakdown. I just use my Bluetooth headphones and it’s very relaxing. Now let’s see if it lasts. I sure hope so. I had a hard time finding a mask with all these features at a reasonable price.

Love my heated eye mask. Bought this, forgot about it and pulled it back out a week ago. I could never do the hot compress on my eyes- always too hot or too cold. And just when my wet warm washcloth got to the right temp, it would go cold. Being able to set a temperature and a timer is brilliant, so I don’t burn myself or my home. I get ready for bed, put it on, and I am done. I wish the cord was a bit longer because I always fall asleep with it on. and drag my power strip if I turn over. Lol. But if you can remember to unhook the cord, then it’s also a solid sleep mask.

I loved this. It was soothing to my Achy eyes. I have sjogrens and this seemed to help with the pain and dryness. However there is a few things that are wrong with this eye mask. 1. The cord isn’t long enough and is restricted to one side of the mask. I have a port that the cord was able to plug into on the side of my bed and it would always wiggle out. I would have the cord across my body which was a little uncomfortable. 2 there is no plug to attach the cord into( as stated in the description). 3 I felt that as time went on, the more i used it, the heat seemed to decrease and didn’t keep as warm as it did initially/when I first got it. 4 I’ve had this for about a week and it will no longer turn on. I had such higher hopes and enjoyed this product while it worked, but I had to return it. I am now looking to see if I can find another product similar that will last.

Mask does not make the best contact with eyes but warms adequately and does the job. Standard 5w phone charger wont power the mask needs 12 w USB power adapter . Timer was accurate. The button covers wear off after continued use. Had to open up the controller to repair the wire connections after about a year of use. Recently wire connection problem within the mask which is not fixable. Price was right at the time got a lot of use and if read reviews of similar products they all have their problems , even the more expensive masks

I had developed dry eye after prescription retinoid use. It was so bad it was obscuring my vision and made my eyes feel like sand paper. I used preservative free eye drops frequently through out the day prior to this eye mask. When I tell you it was immediately night and day I mean it. My eyes instantly felt for lack of better words juicy lol. They were SO hydrated. I'm not sure the science behind this but it works. I am so grateful I have found it. I used it on 113 degrees for 10 minutes morning and night and am going to continue doing this. The cord reach is sufficient enough that I just leave it plugged in at my bedside. I read in other reviews that it doesnt touch the heat is not touching the eyes but just the orbital bone, i can say that was not true for me, there was more pressure on my brow line but that didnt prevent heat from reaching my eyes, i dont think i would want extreme pressure on my eyes anyhow id rather have a gentle heat and pressure. The lining is a soft microfiber, band is adjustable and comfortable, feels like it's made out of a memory foam. TlDR Easy to use, cord is decently long, contact with eyes is great. Very soft lining. Works for dry eye :)

I have extremely dry eyes. The eye doctor said that I needed to apply moist heat eye compresses twice a day. Wash cloths don't stay warm. The microwavable rice packs got too hot and sometimes melted. The DR. PREPARE USB eye mask has been the solution for my dry eyes. It comes with a small water spritzer bottle. I spritz the mask on the inside and turn it on to 104 or 113 degrees and set it for 30 minutes. (This is better than a sleep aid.) The temperature and timer are adjustable. Following my doctor's instructions, I gently rub my tear ducts to push out tear duct clogs. I do this after the DR. PREPARE mask has warmed the tear ducts. My dry eyes are so relieved. I also use a S brand eye ointment at night. When traveling, this mask may be plugged into an airplane USB port or international converter. Highly recommended! A friend purchased this for her sister traveling overseas with a need to help with Pink Eye treatment. I purchased this as a gift for another friend who has very dry eyes. She also uses the S brand eye ointment at night and likes the benefits of this eye mask.
