Yeah I'm no DIY expert and my portfolio is sketchy to say the least but I managed to fit this thing without any hassle. The sink was a different story but that's not the taps fault. I had no issues fitting it and it's remained sturdy since. The stretch is okay, were not talking stretch Armstrong but it is useful for getting around pots. The multi function of the tap nozzle has been great. Pepe visiting (virtually, at the moment) have been impressed by it, so that's a nice talking point. The nozzle can unscrew so if the tap functions aren't working properly, it's probably that.

Awful product had it installed less than two weeks and it has broken. It won’t switch from one water flow option to another and then end keeps becoming loose. Can’t get hold of anyone for a replacement

Purchased this tap in an attempt to modernise my kitchen, installed in a new white sink. Its ok for the money, more solid than i thought! dont think it will last for ever as the end of the tap does feel a little flimsy. Not as easy to install as instuctions made out (super easy to install if you have the right pipes leading to your tap which i didn't) but im a tradesmam so installed it fine, had to update a few pipes and fittings first. If you are a standard DIYer then you may have trouble. All in all, good for the money and better quallity than i thought it would be :-).

I see this tap on all the top celebs houses and also in just normal people like myself it works great looks amazing 1 3rd of the price of others its solid,easy to use very handy to have the arm which pulls out it helps rinse the sink.

We went round a few hardware shops and they all wanted £100+ for a tap with the same features Spray head jet nozzle and flexi neck So for £30 it was worth a try I fitted it and straight away no leaks which was a good start It did everything it said on the box spray and jet both worked and it looks really good once fitted After about 2months the button to swap between spray and jet broke It still works but is stuck in spray mode now About a month later the ring round the bottom broke so the tap wobbles a bit We’re about 4months in now and it’s still working and doesn’t leak but it definitely doesn’t feel like it will last forever If I was fitting a kitchen in a house to sell I would buy this again as it looks great and is cheap For my own house I would spend more money on something that will last longer

I like the look of it and I originally liked the price however after a year mine started leaking from the head and the switch has seriously degraded and it’s only a matter of time before it eventually breaks, i wish I just paid £20 more, for one in BnQ or screw fix, and got a sturdy more robust product. Avoid this product it’s cheaply priced because the product itself is cheap and quite simply pathetic.

Bought beginning of December, now we have January, this tap nearly got me flooded!!parts inside are very cheap so when they broke , and it’s starting leaking you can’t see it or hear it !! Don’t buy it !! Full me but cheap is not always cheap !!
