Provided all the tracking and order information and shipped the sample. Two weeks later still no email results, so I went on to the system and there were no results and none of the tracking information worked. It was as if the kit never existed. TWO WEEKS and no one answered any of my questions through their site contact. Their contact us returns a message that there was an error and to return later. Three days of this message should tell you all you need to know. They get their money upfront and then nothing.

I shipped out my test on 11/20/25 and I got the Chlamydia and Gonorrhoeae results on 11/24/24 @ 7:39pm through my email. However for the Trichomonas result, I received the results on 11/25/25 @ 7:12pm. The wait wasn’t too long however maybe if I would have waited to shipped my test out on a Monday the process would have been faster. Overall I would definitely use it again, I just hope these test results are accurate since you only use your urine to test and they aren’t testing by using a swab to swab inside your woman area to test.

Don't waste the time or money. The kit comes with paid shipping & packing, but it takes 7 days to arrive at the lab. ( crossed 1 state line). Then it takes another 7-10 days to get the results. Nothing fast or efficient about this service. Go to the doctor or a clinic.

Super easy and simple to do in the comfort of your own home! Definitely gonna get this on the regular!

Other brands are much easier to register and ship in.

This is a great kit if you want private results. It is super easy to send your sample. The instructions are very clear on what you need to do. After complete you put everything into bio hazard bag and on other side of bio bag is a slot for your paperwork, put that in there also. Then stick everything into pre-paid return envelope and mail. Wait for your results. I got this kit for my step-son no questions asked. I will update this review when I hear he gets his results back and how long it took for that to happen. For now, I'm giving this 5 stars for being easy, private, and being an option for people that don't want to go to the doctor for whatever reason they might have.
