Unfortunately, the execution is poor, so far. The Axle Release Quick Release comes with 26 tpi threaded nuts. The replacement nuts in this conversion kit were supposed to allow the Quick Release to be used with 24 tpi threaded axles or bolts. In reality, as you can see in the photo, the nuts are about 1/4" longer, when they need to be the same length. To compensate for the extra length, I had to have a machine shop make me 2 spacers, 8 mm thick with 20 mm O.D. and 12 mm I.D. The result can be seen in the 2nd photo. The quick release function works now, but they stick out 20 mm further than the original design.Also, the holes were too small for the quick release lever, originally. I had to drill them larger to be usable.I'm hoping the vendor will see this review and send me 24 tpi nuts that work right out of the box, without my modifications.
