The bottom tip of the diamond is white. Tried several times and have yet to have a totally clear ice diamond. Will try a few more times and probably return this since it’s not really giving me clear ice as expected

The spherical ice cube maker doesn't have a tight enough fit so the moment you fill it with water, it start leaking from the sides. Completely useless. And you need superhuman strength to pop the big cubes out of the other tray. Returning!

The shape is awkwardUpright it tilts over and shape is not obvious to the observer/ drinker. Upside down works better

Great that it was interchangeable with my sphere purchase but the outer cooler was real cheap. Painted Styrofoam? Come on guys. With the sphere purchase the outside cooler was much more durable and professional. Same results tho which are superior if you take it out on time

It is easy to use. Granted reading the instructions the first time was tricky as they're on the voice if I recall. But real easy to get. I haven't had an issue but could see it being one if I it anyone else doesn't take the "cubes" out in time.

Bought these for my husband he has the round spheres thought it would be fun try the diamonds. They are awesome. Makes 2 clear diamond ice cubes. They do take up some room in the freezer and they are a little difficult to pull out of the casing once frozen. One person normally holds the container while another person pulls them out. We love them. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Work great! Use these all the time for Manhattans.Not much to say about the squares; they work as expected, the bottoms are beveled (nice touch), and the cubes pry out fairly easily. They're fairly sizable and take up a good chunk of a typical scotch glass.The round ones are pretty darned cool. They don't consume nearly as much space in a glass as the square ones (obviously), but they're still a good size (little bigger than a golf ball?). The mold is a little trickier however. You have to make sure you get the two halves assembled properly or the water will leak out immediately. It's not difficult, just take your time, pay attention, and make sure they seal properly. Filling is easy, there's a hole in the top of each that you fill from.The silicon is pretty darn thick. No fear of tearing these at all, and they hold their shape quite well.

This product easily creates perfectly clear diamond ice cubes for your drinks. I wish it made 4 at a time, but you can make and store these cubes ahead of your party. Fill and leave in your freezer for about 22-24 hours. Too easy!
