I suffer from functional dyspepsia which is directly correlated to my anxiety. When I get anxious I get extremely bloated and nauseous and nothing seems to work. When I pop a couple of these, in about 30 minutes my bloating is gone and I feel much better. I always have these in my medicine cabinet. It’s a must!

Great Product! This absolutely works tremendously for my gut issue. I like it but it's highly priced for just a few in it. You have to take two with every meal so it's gone in just two days. It doesn't have a good amount in it for the price, but it does in fact work to help with bloating and the pain in the upper right gut. Cheaper at Walmart for more in it

My gastroenterologist gave me a few samples of these to help with my constant bloating. I figured they’d just be another product I use that gives me false hope and isn’t effective.In hindsight, I’m so glad I was wrong.Within 20-30 minutes of taking these, I can honestly say my bloating is reduced significantly and I feel so much better. I can’t speak on the actual action of mechanism, but lemme tell you. They do work.I somehow am always waking up bloated and uncomfortable. I take one of these after brushing my teeth and the bloating/pressure is gone. I feel ready to go to work.As someone who suffers from GERD, I’m grateful these do not contain peppermint like other variations. Peppermint is known to trigger reflux and because of that, I stay away. But these? They’re great.
