I looked for a long time to find a sulforaphane supplement that was clean and potent. This fit the bill. I have been buying for a year now, and am very happy with the quality. Highly recommend!

sulforaphane is amazing, this product reduced my inflammation and cardiovascular discomfort the day i started using it :) would love to just grow and eat frozen broccoli sprouts but i don't have the time or patience for that right now.... live a healthy lifestyle and drink lots of water!

This is a nutrient which is converted into a detox and repair cellular support compound called sulforaphane which activates the NRF-2 system. The NRF-2 system is found in essentially all animals and apparently activates detoxifying and anti carcinogen pathways of metabolism which support cellular health. It fits into a health promoting program of exercise, sleep, diet and social/mindfulness. For my wife and I, it specifically replaced growing and ingesting broccoli sprouts (which have high levels of precursor to sulforapahane) which seem difficult to digest.

My dream Avmacol product would be a stripped down version, just broccoli extract (glucoraphanin) and mustard seed (or other source of myrosinase), in a coated tablet and/or in a foil blister pack. If an additional ingredient is needed for marketing, throw in some unstandardized broccoli to supports GR conversion in the colon. Let increased stability be the differentiation and not moringa or mushrooms. I’d take higher doses or larger quantity if it were in a coated tab or foil packaging.

I was taking it for various health reasons, not realizing it had an affect on mental health! I ran out and decided wasn't going to top off for the month (it's kind of expensive) a few days later my anxiety started increasing. I was puzzled for a while. Nothing in my routine changed. One night I realized my anxiety symptoms correlated with stopping avmacol. So, I decided to reorder and a few days later (2 pills a day) my anxiety started going back to manageable levels! That's when I decided I'll never stop taking it. I don't care if it's placebo. This thing is a god send.

Been using this once a day on child and it has had noticeable positive benefits.

My 14yo was positive with H-pylori after having completed treatment and a negative biopsy months ago. She came out positive twice, but I didn’t want to medicate. We started these and she has since been negative. Sure, there is always that chance she had a false positive or a false negative, and I am not a doctor nor am i providing medical advise (her doctor approved of us taking this route), but I think these have really helped her.
