Leaky Pouring Lid
I expected that a new, modern design would be free of leaking. When I carry the thermos with the strap extended, I run the risk of getting coffee all over my other stuff, so i have to carry it in my other hand. I think it's the click and pour lid. it always get some coffee stuck in it's works and then it drip out around the sides while your carrying it. I have sort of figured out a way to deal with it if I click the lid shut and then try to pour it again, the rest comes out, but still every time I go somewhere and then open the outer lid, there is always coffee leaking out. I have to constantly wipe it with a towel. It works well enough since I spent the money I am keeping it and managing to use it but it would have been nice if it didn't spill and leak out at all. What ever happened to the old stoppers you just unscrewed and poured straight out of the thermos instead of these modern clickable lids that dribble and drip?

Good buy for the price.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with this. It does a great job at keeping warm, even 4+ hours later in weather in the lower 20s/upper teens (I haven't tried it for longer). Being able to pour from the cap without removing it is a nice touch (though the pour is a bit slow), as is the little shoulder strap you can pull out of the handle. The one drawback is you really need to tighten the cap down to keep it from leaking. It's fine if you keep it upright, but I tend to swing mine around a bit. The gasket isn't great, so I found I need to tighten it down hard after filling it, wait a few minutes, then give it another turn after things expand from the heat. That gets it just fine. Fortunately the aforementioned pouring from the cap means I don't need to fight with the cap every time I want a drink.

Fantastic! Just be weary of the water that gets trapped after pouring.
This thermos is amazing for its price. It pours easy enough, holds a lot of liquid, and stays hot to my whole work day. The way only negative I have to say about this, which brings it down to four stars, is that the cap tends to collect moisture when it's screwed on, and the lip you pour from keeps water in it if you don't make sure to pour it out after you close the chamber. Aside from its water collection issues, though, this thermos is great for everyday use and yourr not likely to find a better price for the value anywhere outside of a thrift store.

Good for the price
This is a good thermos. I did have problems with a little leakage but that was from using the pour cap. Once I stopped using that feature the leaks have stopped. The pour cap feature on this item is a nice idea but, there is no way to actually clean the insides of it. 28th not being able to clean it, properly, makes it a great place for mildew to grow. I absolutely recommend this product, without the use of the pour cap feature. It keeps the coffee hot for hours!

Misleading description and quality isnt all there
I thought that I'd gotten a bargain insulated wide mouth container for foods but...Several things NOT TRUE ABOUT DESCRIPTION...1. The "Built-In stainless-cup" in the description is a half-truth. Its just a stainless "band" on the outside only. the main structure of the cup is the same black plastic you see on the outside and its also what will be in contact with your food/drink.2. Strap is NOT detachable, it simply is spooled back into the base if its not use. As such if water gets into the base during washing its a pain to dry it out(no drain holes) and the strap always comes out wet.3. The "Easy pouring leak-proof" lid is ----NOT LEAK-PROOF unless there is nothing inside. Learned the hard way during a long drive. I made sure to keep the pushbutton open while screwing down the lid to prevent pressure build up and closed it when it the lid was snug. Still leaked.4. Biggest fallacy of all.... The holding capacity is NOT THE ADVERTISED 60 ounces. Was suspicious after I made premeasured drink mix and ended up with excess. 48 ounces should be your max.Buyer beware. I don't recommend this product

It's okay for the price. I have a vacuum bottle that is 2 liters from St@nley that I like better, which was only a few dollars more. This one retains heat for about 4-5 hours (in 50 degree weather) and then after that it the contents seem to just stay luke warm.My St@nley one remains scalding hot for close to 10 hours.

Handle Broke
This is a nice thermos that keeps my beverage cold but after a month of use the handle broke when I was shaking the contents to mix it up.After I posted the review the manufacturer called me and offered to replace it at no charge. I will be more careful when shaking it just by holding the handle. Overall, it is a good quality thermos.10/7/2014 - I was just about to amend my review to five stars when the handle broke again. The time prior, I had shaken the thermos using the handle. I thought I may have been rough on it. But this time, I simply picked it up and the handle just snapped. Overall nice thermos, but without the handle working it really isn't useful.

Stayed hot and easy pour
I purchased this to bring hot chocolate to my sons soccer game and it was a hit!!! I filled it up and served about 3 hours later and the hot chocolate was still very hot (remember this next time with kids). It was so easy to pour out too. The flow was nice and smooth and you don't have to twist off the top. You just push the button and it flows out nicely. NO splashing or excess. It really holds heat for a long time because even when I poured out the remaing contents that evening (about 6 hours later) it was still very warm. Delivery was very fast also so I was pleased.
