I bought this leg elevation pillow after an accident, and it made a huge difference in my recovery. The slope is just right for keeping your legs comfortably elevated, and the memory foam top adds a nice touch — soft but still supportive. I used it daily to reduce swelling and ease the pressure on my legs, and I could really feel the difference after each use. The cover is removable and easy to clean, which came in handy more than once. It also stayed in place pretty well and didn’t shift around too much when I moved. If you're dealing with an injury, surgery recovery, or even just need better circulation, I definitely recommend this.

I broke my ankle and was having trouble sleeping with my leg elevated because I had to pile up pillows and try to balance my leg on them while I slept. This has been a huge help and is so much better than piling up regular pillows! The angled portion is great for added comfort too and helped me sleep so much better. The only issue I have is that my cast material got caught on it often and led to pilling and kind of wrecked the cover. The cover is nice but a different material, more like a cotton pillowcase/cover would have been better. Overall, great quality, very comfortable, and definitely worth the price!

At first I didn't think this was going to be comfortable at all. It felt so hard I thought it was hurting my legs with lymphedema even more. But I slept with my legs up on the pillow on my back that night and didn't even wake up or move once all night... And I'm a side sleeper so that's saying something. After a couple days I was more used to the firmness and it's absolutely perfect. Helps with swelling, pain, and helps me be able to get comfortable. My cats also love this and try to sleep on it too lol

When I bought this cushion I never really thought it would do the job for me in bed that I wanted it too. I cannot sleep on my back very long as I will get a backache doing so. I only sleep on my side and I like to roll over flipping the side a few times a night to avoid pressure pain. So, when I tried this cushion, I initially laid on my back, but then in a few minutes I tried to roll over to my side and keep my leg elevated on the soft top part of the cushion with my leg also on its side. I was surprised that it worked! I was able to sleep on either side and still keep my leg elevated to drain the swelling inside my calf from a ruptured tendon injury. The next morning I woke up with much of the bloated swelling gone from my leg and foot! So glad I bought this product!

For the last 3 months I have suffered from knee pain. Went to the orthopedic doctor and found out I had a cyst pushing my knee cap to the right. Then the cyst burst. I had swelling and a lot of pain in my knee. I ordered a small pillow that didn’t offer complete leg support, so I decided to try this one. This has been a life saver. It elevates my leg comfortably. I even sleep on my stomach and it still is comfortable having my leg on it. I purchased this one because I can elevate both legs with room to spare. I own a bakery and my legs tend to swell at the ankles so this is my new favorite pillow. And it doesn’t make me feel hot. When I am not enjoying my new pillow, my cats are.😂

Disclaimer: I'm not a healthcare professional. I suffer from edema in my calves, ankles, and feet. I've found this well-built, comfortable platform ideal for my needs. (I purchased an additional washable cover at the same time.) There is one thing I haven't figured out yet to my satisfaction. Do I place the unit under a top sheet and blanket and allow them to drape over my toes, or do I crank up the heat a bit more in my bedroom and use no sheet and blanket? I can't make up my mind. These are personal-preference issues, however, that have nothing to do with the performance of the product. After I had posted my initial review, I realized that I had omitted a fact that some potential purchasers might well find off-putting: this product has a strong, unpleasant odor, as any foam object does. The smell lingers even after the item has aired out for a long time. I can tolerate it, but I don't like it. Beware if you are sensitive to "rubbery" odors.

Aids in pain relief. I personally need a wider pillow. I can fit both legs on, but I'm 5'11",225 lbs. Good support, but after a month of near continuous use, noticed that the blue memory foam part is detaching from the white part. Glue is not working and I feel that this is not a good sign. I don't think this is worth the price. I need this because I've had a rough month of DVTs and it's necessary for me to have leg support. It's good for now, but I like to buy something once and it last a while.

I love this pillow and can’t sleep without it. It is comfortable, cool and I love the memory foam. It’s firm enough to hold your legs up but soft enough for cushion and comfort. Many items like this tend to say “firm” but flatten right out. Not this one. It is amazing. I am in need of double hip replacement and before I got this pillow, sleep was broken as I awakened in pain a lot. This pillow doesn’t let me sleep pain free every night because my hips still need to be replaced, but it has made a huge difference for me. I do wish they would offer replacement cases. This one is removable and washable, but I would love to have an extra.

Excellent. Good price fast delivery. Solid foam & the cooling layer does work well. I’ve washed the cover & it keeps its shape well, no discolouration. This has been a life saver after major abdominal surgery, never thought I’d be able to sleep using this cushion…but I can. Highly recommend.

I use this for my clients while doing eyelash extensions and they all love it!! Sometimes I take it off the lash bed when I’m done lashing and use it on the couch because it’s so comfy!

Just had hip replacement and this item helped a lot before and after. Takes a bit of getting use to but worth the perseverance

Do not hesitate to buy ! It's just brilliant ! I had one placed under my knees during a scan ,and omg the relief on my back first and foremost....so I had to try to find one . It's brilliant for lifting your legs above heart level reducing swelling. Positioned correctly is so wonderful on the knees ! But the big surprise was how it seems to have aligned my back ! ( so impressed bought another for a friend with a leg injury he equally impressed ) 'Worth every penny '
