Item arrived open, this pick is what the Hermes driver took why can't items just arrive new because to me if its been opened regardless of weather its been removed from box or not it now becomes a used item or open box, I pay for a new item so should get a new factory sealed item as with this review you instantly become suspicious, love the colour shape and extras but cannot completely review as I have not used it yet but will soon...so sorry can't give it five stars as it was open still no one acts on any of these reviews...today I unpacked the item and was very easy to set up has a pivot in middle of handle so easy to fold unfold lots of spare bits for cleaning other than floors.Window , brushes, fine point the usual stuff velcroed the cloth on and clipped the glide cover over it, comes with a jug and funnel to fill it and a dial for the amount of steam req, its the on and off switch to.Well it heated up in about 45 seconds and steams really well the floor came up lovely, you can use a solution in it so I am now online looking for some as I want an antiseptic or germ killer for the crapper.So as long as this continues to work I give it a five star rating nice unit......

A great little steam cleaner, produces a good output of steam. Easy to fill, empty and use. I like the Morphy Richards brand and also own a Turbo Steam iron which is fab. So that was why I opted to buy their steam cleaner.So far, I’ve tried it on my living room carpet and kitchen floor (lino). I used the soft brush head along with a good shot of steam to help loosen up some sooty dirt on the carpet, right in front of the fireplace. It did a great job of cleaning this I have to say. Really lifted it out.On my kitchen lino it was so easy to use and my floor just felt so clean afterwards. I only used water, no cleaner or disinfectant. I’ve also used it on my kitchen runner rug to freshen it up and it’s worked very well on that too.I have also detached the steamer part and used it by hand over my mattresses. Again, there was a good oomph of steam and I think it helped to freshen them up a bit as well. So easy to use and it wasn’t too heavy either.I’ll progress to using the other attachments and tools in due course but, for the time being, I’m very happy with my purchase. Having a 2 year guarantee is also a bonus.Overall, would recommend.

Bought this as a replacement for previous version which burned out due to hard water. This product has a redesign meaning the water cannister is not removable making it very difficult to empty fully, as you have to disconnect the entire until and shake it with the wire into.a sink. Temperature and steam has a dial rather than lever to turn on and off while using it, leading to over heating, spraying and spitting of pools of water. Leaks water whenever it is left unattended for seconds, or heating up. Even when it is empty it continues to condensate and leak from the underneath, damaging my floor. Now when I use it I have to leave it in the bath overnight, even when it's empty, to dry out. Honestly the worst redesign of a previously very good product. Only good thing about the redesign is the foldable handle if you are stuck for space.
