This multi provides a good balance of vitamins and minerals, as well as a noticeable amount of energy. Best of all, I have not had the lurch in the stomach that I get with some multi-vitamins that fall into the "energy" realm.I recommend it for any 50+ year old looking for extra energy and not have any effects on the stomach.

the multivitamin product i was using for some years suddenly went out of business so i looked in Amazon and they recommended MDrive men's multivitamin's i decided to give Mdrive a shot since Amazon held it in such high regard and i wasn't disappointed t the time i started taking MDrive i was fighting an aggressive metastatic cancer that started in my tonsil area and ended up becoming stage 4 Lung cancer so i had obvious lack of energy issues and frequent fatigue but right away MDrive made me feel better as far as the lack of energy and the fatigue i suddenly had a lot more energy and the fatigue wasn't as bad as soon as i had switched to MDrive vitamins and now they say they can't see any cancer at all so it's gone now and in my opinion Mdrive played a key role in my recovery it gave me enough energy to stay out of bed i made myself get up and exercise so if you're looking for a good quality men's multivitamin a try

This multivitamin does what it says, but I personally didn’t feel much of an effect from it. I ended up switching to another brand that seems to give me more energy. That said, there’s nothing *wrong* with these—they provide the listed vitamins and minerals, so they might work better for someone else. Giving 4 stars because they deliver what’s advertised, just not the best fit for me.

On my second bottle it seems to be better than the others I have used in the past more and better absorption

This product although it appeared to work great as far as energy levels being through the roof had a serious drawback for me that wasn't mentioned in the reviews. I would take it in the morning and my body felt great during the day, I had to cut my coffee from 4 cups to 2-3 since it would feel like I would get too anxious when on this. But the real kicker came at night, heart palpitations or fast to irregular heartbeats were occurring when I was laying down. I didn't notice it at all during the day but at night it would take forever to fall asleep and I was waking up way too often in the middle of the night. Stopped taking it for a few days and all the sleeping/heartbeat issues stopped. So I had to discontinue. The only thing I would take a guess was causing this was the conenzyme Q-10 which shows can cause fluctuations in blood pressure for certain people. Too bad because I was really enjoying it but I had to switch to another multivitamin to stop those issues.

One of the best multi vitamins that I have ever tried. Great all round health benefits. Easy to sallow and great value for the money.

I have taken many multivitamins throughout my lifetime, and this one is the best of them all. I really like the fact that it has 2000 mg of vitamin D as well, which is a necessity for someone living in the northwest. My energy level has increased tremendously since taking these, and I am grateful to have found this product.

The product is great got my attention with the high magnesium potency which tells me I'm in the right ball park as it's what I wanted that I don't see in other vitamins as it is important for our bodies within week one I already noticed a difference and makes me not want to miss em great vitamins at a great price definitely coming for more
