OEMTOOLS25404 Cap Style Oil Filter Wrench, 65-67 mm, 14 Flutes, Heat Treated for Durability

I used the wrench to access a rather cramped oil filter on a small Mercury outboard. It fits good in the top (smaller - 65mm) pocket. The one I received is not tapered as was mentioned in other reviews - mine has a pretty distinct step between the presumably 65mm and 67mm recesses. It is surprisingly well made given the very low cost.

Slight looseness on Honda CR-V oil filter is understandable since size is not exact, advertised as 65-67mm. Slipped a bit when removing old filter, causing filter to become jammed in socket (smacked with hammer to dislodge) .. ok since I only use it 3-4 times a year but a professional / daily oil changer would be happier with exact sizing.

This is for the 65-67 mm , 14 flutes version.For some reason it's harder to find Nissan oil filter wrenches.I tried using this one since it close to the size that i have researched that a 2011 Nissan Sentra oil filter requires.It will fit and be able to hold on but you will need to back it off to get the oil wrench off. Meaning when you are going clockwise with your ratchet, you will need to go slightly counter clockwise to get the wrench off.

Well made, solid, and it fits! Much heavier than I thought, which adds to the quality feel.Update... It worked the first time but it slip under torque when removing my second filter. It may be the Honda accord OEM filter made by Honeywell, with the last digit 2.Very frustrating, finally I removed it using a three prong claw type tool that I added some sand paper wrap around the claws.It might just be the filter.

These caps have a taper stamped into them,( like two different sizes), probably to fit a larger number of filters. The smaller size will require you push it further on filter to engage tool. You could order just one size, which would require you to measure across the flats of the filter for a exact fit, this is sort of a variable fit.

the product was easy to find and the description was excellent so I knew I had the right tool for the job. Sometimes you see just a vage description and you have to make a guess if it is the correct size or color. The details with this product made sure you knew what you were getting.

It gets the job done, but the fit is poor. When the wrench is simply placed onto the filter, it just slips when torque is applied. A gentle tap fits it to the filter, but then the attachment gets stuck to it.

Got this for my motorcycle oil filter. Fits just right and makes the filter change a breeze. Just put it on my 3/8 drive ratchet and worked like a charm.

Cheap tool, stamped tin. It does work as long as you don’t need to apply too much torque.

Finally a filter tool that works for my vehicle! This tool does 2 different size of oil filter!

I thought it would be plastic, but it's made of steel and worked great on a 65mm oil filter on a 2006 Suzuki Katana 750.

The item arrived in good order. It fits the oil filters on my Kubota BX25 perfectly.
