Really elegant case - slight tendency for loose threads around edges
This is my first shell-type permanent case and I'm really pleased with it. It makes the computer really pleasing to handle and protects it very well. I much prefer being able to just put my computer in my bag when I'm done without having to wrestle with another case.My only issue is that, particularly around the corners, some of the threads have frayed a bit, but it's a very minor issue and I have no regrets. It's probably inevitable with a case like this.

Love it!
Best cover I’ve ever had. Stylish and does the job. 👍🏻

Looks and feels great
It looks and feels great. I had to get a replacement one. Because the original started fraying at the edge of the top cover . I’m not sure how the material would stand up to constant use. Fits snugly but my replacement cover. The bottom section in the middle was not completely tight. So in the end I stuck with the original bottom plate and replaced the top!!!!!

even though the laptop hasnt been moved/closed this has disintegrated and is no longer useable
The clips holding the case to the laptop have completely disintegrated and the cover is no longer really attached. Given this was purchased less than 6 months ago and the laptop has been on a table top open and never moved during this time because of COVID this seems to be very poor for such an expensive product. Both clips on both sides of the bottom cover have crumbled - the plastic is cracked and broken into pieces with bits now only held on/together by the fabric cover. Not happy.

Doesn’t warrant the price tag.
I have had this attached to the machine for less than a week now. When I first opened the case I wasn’t too enamoured with how flimsy it felt in my hands. Equally I felt the clips might snap as I put it on as it was very tight. If they’ve not marked the machine I’ll be very surprised.Give it its credit once it’s on it feels a hell of a lot more durable and sturdy. Unfortunately as I’ve been using it today I’ve noticed that the bottom section is beginning to sag, I’m assuming due to the heat from the machine. There’s no clips any the front edge to hold it in place and it’s starting to gape (see pics attached). Anybody who’s had a less than adequate one of these kinds of cases in the past will know that that’s just waiting to be filled with all kinds of dust etc that’s just going to scratch up the machine eventually which kind of defeats the purpose of the case. So for this reason I have to say it’s really not worth the premium cost, it might look good but it’s certainly not doing it’s job properly.

One of the 4 plastic feet fell off within days
Is it possible to get a replacement foot?

Start degraded after two months
This case has been used gently, and never has been dropped. The case is starting to degraded and some of the holding points are starting to breck. It is an expensive case and I'm very disappointed, I expected better quality from Incase.
