Great easy read for a grandchild.
I have a young grandson who is just starting his athletic career, and as I have read many articles about the importance of good food for athletes, I thought this book a good thing for this child to have as a reference for his choices . Easy to read and not too long.

Good overall - but would bsome more recipes to ‘hook’ adolescent into studying topic further
Gave to my athletic grandson! He enjoyed it.I would have liked there to be more recipes to really engage him
