This is amazing! I've tried several big brands from groceries, but none of them can come close to this one.The yeast's performance is incredible and easy to use. I mixed it with lukewarm water and in just 15 minutes, there was a huge amount of bubbling on top of the water. When I use store-bought yeast, my dough takes hours to rise. In just one hour, it doubled in size.Yes, it is a bit expensive compared to store-bought yeast, but it's worth it.

Easy to use, does the job and worth the money.

For the first time ever my rapid 50% wholemeal loaf turned out full size.Have never before baked such a light and airy wholemeal loaf.I used the yeast at 2% of flour weight and mixed it in with the flour before tipping in to bread pan as recommended by B B & B.To think that all these years I have accepted that solid wholemeal bread is a penalty of home baking!

A very nice yeast. Made bread today and it rose beautifully. I proof and bake my bread in a ninja foodie max airfryer. Today the bread rose to the top of the fryers within an hour.I create my own recipes for bread and like to experimentI would certainly buy this yeast again

This is lovely yeast and reasonably priced. I bake a lot of bead so I get through a fair amount.This arrived on time but there was a large hole in the packaging and yeast went everywhere! Not happy to the point were I will not buy again!
