This is great! It definitely helps me with inflation and pain, which I have quite a bit of. I had a bad fall in February and broke a few bones and tore a few muscles. I’ve tried another brand of turmeric that is locally made but it’s quite expensive so I thought I’d try this one. It works every bit as well! One night I got into bed and realized that I hadn’t taken it and I certainly felt far worse in the morning. I now take it three times a day, always with food. The large capsules are a little bit hard to swallow and do tend to get stuck in my throat, but I always take it with a meal now. I think it’s a great deal, especially at this price point. I’ll continue to buy it and take it on a regular basis. It definitely works for me!

I love this step.I take it twice a day, and it really helps my pain. I've got fibromyalgia, spinal stenosis, osteopathritis of the lumbar spine, sciatica, myapathy and this stuff takes the pain away.
