Wife's feedback (I drink something different): its better than when I used 2 Nespresso branded pods (level 9 strength or lower). I do run the water through 1 pod twice.

The taste is fine, but I'm not so sure about the intensity level they are advertising.

It might be strong caffeine-wise, but it truly tastes like dirt.

If you are a coffee enthusiast mad buy coffee for its taste. Do NOT buy this coffee. I'm not sure if it's the guarana they add but it is not what I look for in a nice strong Expresso.

You’ll feel the boost!

I bought these because I wanted a double shot of espresso but they taste awful. I like the nespresso brand pods ok but these taste like dirt by comparison. I put it in my nespresso pixie and I tried the single shot size and the lungo. They taste terrible! I couldn't finish it because it tasted like dirt. I will not be buying these again. If you just want the caffeine and you can stand the taste maybe they're ok.

This review is for a variety of flavours from Podista, not just the double shot. The hot chocolates are delicious - rich and creamy (with frothed milk). The caramel coffee isn't my favourite - it's good in a mocha (with caramel hot chocolate!), but not very strong on its own and kind of a weak flavour. The double shot has lots of caffeine, but is mediocre overall. The organica though... it has the rich crema that you expect from nespresso and a fantastic strong, nutty flavour that's really enjoyable. By far my favourite off-brand pod so far.

Use the smaller cup setting for a great cup of Espresso. I put sugar and my cream in first so it mixes well. Would buy again, good coffee and a great price.

This is on my in my all time favourites list. At 65 cents per count you get these "double shots" which actually have approx. double the usual mg of caffeine in the normal espresso capsules (u still make it as normal, by pressing the regular espresso button once) . The flavour, while bold, is not as strong or intense as you would expect from a double shot pod, which is a plus for me.My recommendation for your drink:In a full size glass/coffee mug, line the bottom with a little torani (or any other) caramel or chocolate sauce. Add 2-4ml of sugar/vanilla syrup. If the syrup is N/A just use a little extra choc/caramel sauce.On the stove top steam milk in a small pot (cezve or similar) until it foams up on its own. By now, have this double shot espresso pod fill up the glass, then release the pod and press the single espresso button again to run in a shot of hot water on top.Slowly add the steamed milk from the pot, slowly so that any film that was created on the top doesn't fall in. Mix very well with spoon. Then boom, awesome drink.

I was very skeptical about this coffee pods, I decided to give them a try and I'm soooo glad I did, if you are like me you like strong coffee with that flavoury taste and creamy texture, this is it stop looking elsewhere, the price for the quality you get is a steal ! Can't be happier thank you Amazon because I couldn't find a variety of coffee pods in stores , this is is my place now🤗👍👍👍👍

I was hoping to like these but quite honestly they are awful. They are not intense whatsoever and there’s just something really off about how they make your cappuccino taste. I just stuck them in my emergency coffee stash but otherwise they are bad enough that I won’t choose to use them.
