I eat brown rice because of diabetes. I've tried other brands of brown rice and decided to try Uncle Ben's. What a surprise! You can barely tell you're eating brown rice, it's very nice and tasty. My roommate thought it was white rice before I told him. I'm not the greatest cook of rice and usually err on the consistency. Uncle Ben's, however, comes out fluffy and just right, not sticky or over-cooked. In short, it was a great find for me.

Have been trying to switch to whole grains and the last switch I've made is from white rice to brown. I figure I may as well spend my time during this pandemic eating healthier and getting more exercise. The rice is flavorful and cooked up well in my rice cooker. No complaints about the quality at all. I knocked it down a star because a two-pound bag of rice really should have a ziplock opening as you're obviously not going to eat the entire two pounds at one sitting. I ended up putting the open bag in a ziplock bag of my own, which works but still shouldn't be necessary. Really poor packaging.

This is my favorite brown rice but I'm going to switch. why has BEN'S ORIGINAL Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 lb Bag's cost almost tripled?

Great price, decent size bag, long term storage.

Have used this brand for a long time and love how quickly it cooks.

I recommend this rice and brand and distributer.
