I can’t emphasize enough how much I LOVE this scent. I had a subscription before the option was removed. Normally, I would not gravitate to something with the scent profile as described. I hate patchouli and would have expected a very pine forward, woodsy, almost “dank”experience. I typically gravitate towards Ojai Blossom (white-lily, orange blossom, etc.. also lovely but not “captivating” like Starry Night.HOWEVER, I smelled this candle in a store with no description of the notes and instantly needed to have it. I was extremely surprised when I researched the scent profile. I burn this year round. It’s completely “unisex”, balanced and original. It burns completely down and never looses its strength. I gift it to EVERYONE and will be devastated if ever discontinued.

My brother originally gave me this after a trip to Monterey Bay. I fell in love with the scent. It’s quite entrancing. When I needed to replace it, I looked to Amazon. Voilà! I was thrilled to find it. Just exactly like the last one. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I bought this exact same candle from same company several years ago and absolutely loved it, but it had sold out when I went to repurchase. This time when I bought it, it smells different, not like the one I had previously purchased. Same company, same exact wording on candle. The design is different though. But it smells like all the other candles I've purchased at other stores, nothing special about smell. What happened! Did they switch the formula! Did they have to change their sources?

Words can't describe.. absolutely fabulous long lasting scent. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Awesome smell kinda pricey but worth it. Unlit I can smell it from 6ft away very good scent and fills up my largest room no problem. Complex scent different notes that I can't put a name on. Honestly the most iv ever spent on a candle and the best smelling candle iv bought.2 month's latter a ordered another that was just as good.I write reviews because I'm board also iv bought faulty items on here and I don't want othere people to go through the same.

I bought this candle as a gift for my sister and her fiancé when they get married in October. He proposed to her at Sylvan Lake after hiking Black Elk Peak and we are traveling back to the Black Hills for the wedding! The candle itself smells wonderful even when it hasn’t been lit and all of the different fragrance notes remind me of when I hiked up there a year ago. Im even tempted to eventually buy one for myself. I’m hoping when they light it they are reminded of all the memories they made there.

I relied on the group wisdom and, based on others' reviews, I bought this candle. I'm so glad I did! They have captured a really lovely fragrance that does transport one to the great outdoors and the west coast. Well done!

This is one of my favorite candles of all time. Everyone who comes in my house when it is burning comments on how good it smells. It’s especially nice for entertaining, or even if my husband and I are just having casual drinks and food at home. Five stars!
