You can attach to GD Iron Grip EXT 80 and EXT 90. When you use it, you must make to tight on the Iron Grip.

I like that there's a picnh opption for the grippers but the first few times I tried them they spun and and the gripper flew out of my hand and hit my foot I had shoes on so no injuries it would be hard to recommend them cause of possible injuries

Flawed
Cool idea, but there's a big flaw in the design of these pinch grips. If you look closely at the pictures, the inserts are smooth, and no matter how much you tighten them down, they will eventually twist, slip in the socket and out of your hands, especially when you increase the gripper's resistance. They flipped out of my hands a few times before I packaged them back up, never to be used again. You could always loctite them in place if you only plan on using them at home. But, if you plan on using them on your travels like I do, I wouldn't suggest it, they are pretty big; about the width of an average man's palm. The manufacturer could correct this problem with a simple tongue and groove type of insert.
