Highly recommended probiotic
These came highly recommended, and I feel that they are helping me build my gut health. There is no side effects, the pills are capsules that are easy to swallow, and I feel they are helping me.

High quality probiotics
I've been taking these probiotics for 8 years. LOVE them. They do need to be refrigerated, but have really helped to keep my bodily systems protecting against sickness.

Mine arrived late and warm (and thus defective) too
Like other purchasers here, my bottle after more than a day of "out for delivery," in a package that was warm on the inside and a melted and warm "ice" pack. (I wish I'd thought to bring out my food thermometer after opening the package. About 30 minutes after delivery, inside my 72-degree home, it's 81 degrees inside the bottle.) Klaire Labs/SFI seems to make a good product. But Front Row Group (SFI's Amazon partner, owned by private equity firm Charlesbank) and the DHL delivery system it uses seems to makes it pointless to order Klaire Labs' probiotics. The whole point of ordering "keep refrigerated" live bacteria is that they're supposed to kept cool or they lose potency fast.

Delayed package
It’s fine. My package was left on the shelf of my apartment complex community mailing area. I expected it at my door. Unfortunately I was unable to get the heat sensitive supplements until the next day. Evidently they are fine.
