Great leg workout
Love the bands. Mostly do leg work because I have shoulder injuries but they are great. You can tell the difference in the levels of the bands. The ring is a great workout too!

NO ball came with my unit but it has two rings that my Pilates instructor approved of greatly

Fantastic Pilates starter kit
Starting a new Pilates app exercise and needed all these items. I am impressed with the quality of all the items in this kit. Highly recommend as there is no need to pay over $100 that the app was trying charge me for the same exact stuff i purchased here.

The bands are garbage
The ring and the ball are great, but the bands are TRASH. They curl up and slide up my legs no matter what I’m wearing. Can’t use them for anything cause they roll up and they hurt.
