The box was slightly beat up. One piece (back facade) had three dents, but assembled without problems. Assembly directions are pictures/diagrams only. Had to purchase new fitting for natural gas supply line to mate with provided connector.Heats up quickly. Great at low to medium-high (250-550). Smells like melting plastic at very high (650+)Grids are OK for firm foods (steaks, chicken breast, and some vegetables), not so good for soft hamburgers and sticky fish. Planned to buy different grids anyway. Area under grill not very useful; meant for gas tank.Slightly bigger than expected for β€œsmall grill”; easily do 12 hamburgers, probably 20, maybe 24.
