Well-made bags for freshly roasted coffee
I finally ran out of the bags that I had been using and they are no longer made, so I switched to these. They are, in fact, an improvement since they have a flat base. It's nice to have the bags standing free rather than having to lean them against something. The description states: "NOTE: Must seal the top after putting coffee using the Impulse Heat Sealer", and the bot-generated answers state: "According to customer reviews, these bags must be heat sealed at the top after filling to maintain freshness and prevent air entry" but this is unnecessary. I have always used self-adhesive tin ties, and they work just fine. I roast 1 lb of coffee at a time, and it fits with room to spare.
