Volvox feineErde clay paint is wet opaque and can be processed almost drip- and splash-free. Due to a very high solids content, the paint has a very good filling and covering capacity. It is suitable for covering and filling coats on dry, absorbent, grease-free surfaces such as wallpaper, plaster and common mineral surfaces as well as solid old coats and on wood. The clay paint is particularly suitable for clay substrates because the positive living climate of the clay building is not affected. The colours of the clay paint come from the pit clay. Only the white clay paint contains a white pigment. The colours react to different light incidence, which makes the paint look largely like an opaque glaze. It is a colour that adapts to the environment like a chameleon. Volvox feineErde clay paint can be dyed with Volvox pigments. It is suitable as a base for glazes. Also a dyeing according to NCS is possible from the factory. Range: 0.100 - 0.125 litres per m²; approx. 6 - 8 m² per litre. Composition: Water, clay from various pits, chalk, porcelain soil, white glue, cellulose, titanium dioxide (in mont blanc), preservatives (methyl and benzisothiazolinone).
