I'd give it 10 starts if I could
I ordered this to replace a single 120v NuWave cooktop that I had been using for over a year and was falling apart. Setup was easy. The most difficult thing was going to buy the plug which took all of 20 minutes. I purchased this based on the reviews on the other configuration which K & H stated was the same unit.I was amazed at the power this unit has compared to the NuWave. This unit can boil 8 oz of water in a 1 qt pan in aprox 45 seconds! Yes, I timed it. There are 17 cooking levels which I was concerned about compared to what I was used to but I have cooked and fried numerous meals and find these are more than enough. After bringing the heat up to what I want, maintenance levels are usually 4 or under so there are plenty of choices. The unit shuts off immediately if it detects a spill. I do not have children so I have not used the safety lock which is not enabled by default. The touch controls are easy and simple to understand - turn the unit on, choose a burner to use, and choose a power level - that's it. My only caution would be to make sure you are ready with your ingredients before turning on the burner, especially if you use a high power level. The pan is hot almost immediately so not a lot of time to start looking for oil or prepping food while it is heating up.I am using this as a counter top unit but it can be mounted as a built-in in the counter. To summarize, this is an incredibly powerful cooktop at a price that is far below it's competition. I am 100% happy with the unit and, if I was remodeling, would buy 2 of these and mount them in the countertop as my only cooking source. Time will tell how the hold up but it appears the unit is well built and I expect to be using this in the years to come.If you are concerned that this review is too glowing let me assure you I am only a customer and have no affiliation or connection with the manufacturer or seller. It's simply the best induction cooktop I have ever used and if you have a 240v power source I highly recommend this unit.

It's a really nice product and I like it!
Hi,You're right. And I asked electrician to re do the wire according to your instruction, it is red now.And it is really quick now!Thank you so much to help me out and I really impressed by your customer service as well as the product!Sorry about the comment I have made and I have corrected it.I showed my cooktop to my friends and as well as the whole story, and they are all impressed by your customer service. I really appreciate.Celine^_^On May 5, 2017, at 05:50, kitchen-and-home - Amazon Marketplace <[email protected]> wrote:reply your email:--- Original message ---Hi there,I double checked the voltage as you suggested. It is 220V.And you tried the stove as you said but it didn't get Red when I turned on to power level 9 after ONE minute and longer!!!You said that it should be after 6 seconds it goes red. No.I checked my two cooktops I bought at the same time, both of them not got red after minutes. But they did turned hot indeed. Just not red and not hot enough though.I am so disappointed at that one. I renovated my house with these 2 cooktops. I designed my countertops to fit these cooktops. But now I can't use these to cook and even I can't remove them as well. It will be a big hole on the countertop if I get rid of these cooktops!!!I really don't know what should I do.I attach my new Kitchen photos. It looks so nice if you don't count on them to cook.

Works Great!!
Love this unit...and great service. First unit was DOA, but we did not heeok it up for several months. Company sent out a new one no questions asked...and accepted the dead unit. The replacement works fantastic. High power...is much more powerful and CONSISTENT than any pair of single 1500/1800W 120V units - we have tried several - Duxtop, NuWave PIC, and another random unit (don't know why people love the NuWave...it is really terrible and shuts off randomly)...We have demo'd Bosch, Viking,...etc and several other burners...some sort of combination K&H unit will make it into our perm kitchen (right now we are using this during our whole house reno...)Unit requires 240V / 20A breaker with #12 wiring or better. The questions and reviews stating a 30A breaker is acceptable are WRONG. This unit is designed to operate on a 2-pole 20A breaker. If you already have a 30A/240V circuit and want to use this appliance on that circuit, you need to REPLACE the 30A 2-pole breaker with a 20A 2-pole breaker. It is acceptable to reduce the breaker size, not increase. If you're concerned about safety, a 2-pole 20A GFCI breaker can be installed to power the cooktop (this is especially important if you're using a plug & receptacle arrangement on TOP of the counter). If you really want to prevent a dangerous condition with a toddler, a 2-pole 20A switch can be used to turn off the unit between uses - Leviton makes a 2-pole PILOT toggle switch (light on) - 3032-PLC or 3032-PLR
