Rattling Piece of Junk
The battery requires a small screw to be removed. Then when you replace the battery it needs to screw in order to stop it from falling out of the case. If you try to put the screw back in, it is extremely difficult because the battery can wiggle wherever it wants inside the case.Then when you use it to record using a phone's handset, it records like shit. There's a loud buzzing and your voice sounds like you are across the room.The menus are difficult to navigate and the buttons do not help you understand what to press to get things to happen on the screen.Overall, it's trash. Save your money and try something else.

This recorder was ok however; I found another recorder that better suited my needs.

Before putting this item into service make sure you were not given a used one
I was a bit hesitant in purchasing this item, but foolish me did. Instead of a new product I was sold a used item. Scratches on the face plate, cords were just thrown in and untied The power supply and manual like the others were just thrown inside the box and shipped out.

not easy to operate do not record corretly

Worked well at first
Lil hard to understand set up. I figured it out, got it recording incoming and outgoing calls then it stopped and I could not get it to do it again. Has a lot of helpful options available when it works.
