HALOSleepSack, Micro-Fleece Wearable Blanket, Swaddle Transition Sleeping Bag, TOG 1.0

This sleep sack is super cute. I like that it's soft and cozy. I specifically bought it once I transition my 4.5 month old to her own room. Oddly enough, the nursery is the coldest room in my house so I wanted something warm for her to wear. Size M fit well for my 4.5 month baby weighing around 15 pounds. One thing to consider is the temperature in your home. I wouldn't recommend it if your home is on the warmer side. She ended up waking up every two hours the first time she wore it since she is still sleeping in our bedroom. I couldn't figure out why but sure enough, she stopped crying as soon as I took her out of the sleep sack. It seemed like it was too warm and she was sweating up a storm. She won't be wearing it until she transitions to her own room which is on the colder side. That's just something to consider before you make your purchase.

This sleepsack is very soft minky, warm for our newborn to snuggle into, and adorably neutral among the sea of tacky baby prints that are usually put on sleepsacks. My biggest issue that keeps it from being perfect is the zipper. It splits at the top, which is where you start the zip. This makes it difficult to take off of little one. You have to pause, reseat the zipper ends together, and then you can get it undone. Not a big deal, just annoying when baby is crying and you're trying to get a quick diaper change done before feeding.

Only sleep sack my baby likes. Wish it wasn't so pricey, need to order more to rotate for washing.

Amazon listed this product as TOG 1.5, so I purchased hoping it would keep my baby warm during the winter months. When I opened the Amazon package, I immediately noticed that the Halo packaging says this product is TOG 1.0.

I love the HALO sleep sacks. This one is so soft and is the perfect weight to keep him warm at night! Easy to change him in the middle of the night and he has plenty of leg space. A baby must have in my opinion!

My baby girl has only used this sleep sack for one night and she’s had the best night of sleep yet! She’s a wiggle worm while sleeping and we normally have to rotate her several times at night. Last night I only had to turn her ONCE! There’s lots of room for her to move. The small size should at least fit her another month or so! It’s also super soft, and I love to cuddle her in it. I bought another one today, and will surely buy more when she outgrows these!

We are huge on practicing safe sleep. We don't ever use blankets in our infants beds. This product allows them to feel like they are warm and snuggled by a blanket without the safety hazard of having a blanket in the infant bed. These last years. Our 3 year old's stash of these is being handed down to his sister. We wanted a few spares for while we're washing so we bought a few more and will also be able to hand those down to a family who can use them.

My 2 month old is a wiggle worm and wouldn't keep the blanket on and my husband likes to keep it cold in our house. This is just warm enough so she's comfortable but not hot. There is enough wiggle room for comfort but not too much to be dangerous. Very easy to use and super convenient.
