Best gluten free flour for bread making!
I don’t know what they mix in or use to make this gluten free, but baked goods are better with this flour.I also use it for frying food and making gravy for biscuits.

Outstanding!
If you are gluten free and tired of having to mix a whole bunch of different flours together to get a certain baking outcome, this is a great solution, particularly for bread like recipes such as pizza. Outstanding in every way. Great flavour and texture. I can't comment on baking yet, but the bread has been outstanding so I trust all will go well.

So many positive reviews cant be right or can it? Yeppers!
Not on strict gluten free diet, just figuring out if white flour breads constipate me.Thus for bread making? Not worth the price really, however it's great for the first 12 hours or a whole day, but the way it stars hardening afterwards?Pizza wise? Justifies the price for Sicilian specialty kind.

We buy this routinely. It is our favorite GF flour for pizza and focaccia bread. It's easy to work with and it is hard to even tell that it's GF. Best in our book!!!

Best gluten free flour ever!
This flour has changed the way my family eats. My husband and mother in law are both gluten intolerant and the options for gluten free breads and bakery items in the stores are weak. With this flour, my sister and I have made giant, soft amazing loaves of bread including jalapeño cheese bread, onion cheese bread, sundried tomato cheese bread, bagels, dinner rolls, empanadas, fruit pies, birthday cakes, cinnamon rolls, banana bread, pumpkin bread... WAY WORTH THE COST OF THE FLOUR!!! Even my non-gluten free friends and family gobble down these baked goods and can't tell the difference.
