Gemlogis PISTACHIO Diamond Simulant Moissanite Gem Gemstone Testing Meter Add-on

We have a Pistachio and two Ciels. They worked well and accurately (only of the stones are completely clean) until a couple of months ago, when one stopped going all the way up to diamond, and only fills up to the simulant bar when testing clean and dry diamonds with GIA certificates. Also the connection from both of our Ceils to the Pistachio do not work, the I.R. light turns on, but the needle does not move at all. We tried contacting Gemlogist several times, but no reply. We have not tried Paaz Jewelry Supply (the seller) yet, but hopefully thy'll help us with the issues. We would give the product five stars if not for this issues.
