PERFECT PIECE OF LEXAN! NOT BLURRY!
Great for hobby projects, it is a little flexible because of the thickness but its perfect. I can't say more because it's Lexan and there is not much else to talk about. The piece is perfect for small hobby projects and the piece comes with protective film. Also, its clear and can be easily seen through.

Easily cut with scissors for replacing old light lenses.
I've used 1/16th thick Lexan for solar flat plate collectors before with good results. I tried this 1/32 material for replacement lenses for my 10 yr old badly hazed lenses on solar spot lights. The 1/32 polycarbonate is easily cut with scissors without cracks or crazing and is tough enough for the job. This product is nice quality with protective film on both sides, scratchless and clear as can be.

Fantastic material to work with!
Used this to make templates to work with slab clay for form building and it was a fantasic material choice! I can't wait to order more for another project. Advice to beginners with this material: 1) you can cut this with a jig saw, band saw or Table saw 2) if using a table saw USE A ZERO CLEARANCE PLATE. I didn't and it scared me to death every time the blade grabbed the sheet. It makes a very loud popping sound. I also clamped a board to my saw fence; the sheet I bought was thin enough to want to wander under it 3) Take it slow but deliberate cuts otherwise it leaves a weird edge at the kerf. It was a great purchase and interesting material to work with. Arrived perfectly square but just a hair under 12" x 12". I imagine it was probably just due to blade kerf at the time they broke the larger sheet down to sell the 12" square sheets. Material is solid quality and seems very durable!

Easy to cut with just heavy scissors, flexible so that it won't crack, light in weight and low cost
I used it for making a rain shield for my handlebars on my electric bike so that my gloves don't get soaked in the rain. I already have a Veltop Classic + Windshield with cover for my electric bike but it didn't prevent my gloves and hands from getting soaked when riding. This addition has worked out great.

Quality material
After using cheaper material, when I was creating stencils, I learned about polycarbonate. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The sheets are covered with an adhesive layer, that peels off. The material is clear, and it seems more durable, and less prone to chipping and/or cracking than the “plastics” I’d used previously. This cost a bit more, but it’s worth it. I did some basic research online, to be sure I was prepared, and was using the right tools. Once I had those tools, and had prepped the material, it was easy to complete my job. I’ll definitely use it again, when I have a similar need for the material.

Goog Product
This lexan worked perfectly for my application. It was exactly as described, size and thickness. I would suggest this product to anyone who is wanting to stiffen up weak areas on an RC body.

Nice polycarbonate, easy to work with.
As you can see from the picture it is much more transparent than I needed to replace a broken light cover on my kitchen vent hood. I just scored it a few times with a razor blade and it snapped more than clean enough for this use. Now my exhaust fan will work as it should instead of blowing half of the air back into the kitchen

Great option to give your PC a view
I have lots of pretty RGB in my computer case that is blocked by a grate and a huge unnecessary fan, and I wanted to show it off. It ended up being pretty easy to score and bend the plastic to the right size and even use scissors to round of the corners without any fear of it cracking or splitting. Works amazingly well for this!

Very expensive.....Very expensive...Why?

What I got wasn’t polycarbonate. Normally I used polycarbonate to vacuum form. The sheet I got ruffled when starting the process.
