Cushe Men's Manuka Sandal

Just received these in the mail an like everyone else said they are extremely comfortable! Seller got them to me quick even though they weren't available for Amazon Prime. Recently moved to San Diego an sandals are a must! Went with the gray color an they look great with jeans. I don't think they're feminine at all. But to each his own. Now for the important part of the review....SIZING. Everyone knows shoes & clothing can be tricky with out trying them on prior to purchase. I normally wear a size 10.5. But being as these don't come in 1/2 sizes I opted for the 11 an kept my fingers crossed. Glad I did because they fit perfectly! Toes and heel are right where they belong. So with that said I recommend going a size up. Hope this helped. Oh and once again....they are so COMFORTABLE!!! So much so I went and ordered a pair of their Manuka Thong Sandals. Hey got to adjust to the Cali lifestyle.

I bought these after years of searching for a replacement to a pair of leather Adidas slides that were on their last leg already when the dog discovered the sole was made from cork. These are the best looking slides I've ever owned. The only pair I've ever received compliments while wearing. The light gray leather with its worn look and brown soles allow them to go with pretty much everything. My feet are well conditioned to wearing slides so I did no have any skin irritation after walking a couple mile in them the first day, but I could feel the seem under the strap on the top of my feet. After a couple days of wearing them I did notice the bottom of my feet aching a bit. I have tall arches and although pictures look like these slides have some serious arch support, they have minimal. After breaking them the support has improved and the seem under the strap became less noticable. I guess my feet are on the narrow side of average and these do run wide on me, but nothing that impacts wearing them. Overall, I would recommend these to anyone favoring style over comfort, or are will to give the necessary breakin time.

I just received these, and they are pretty comfortable. My shoe size is 11.5-W, so I opted for the size 12 version in hopes that it would be wide enough. It was not, but I feel like it will break-in over time. Going to a 13 would have been too much, but lacking a wide option, my foot doesn't fit all the way into the straps. This is not causing a discomfort, but it does cause them to fall off a lot.As for the design and durability, they appear well crafted. I like the style, and the way they treaded the sole adds extra traction and shock absorption right below the heel and ball of the foot. If you do not have wide feet, then these are excellent sandals... Sadly, I do.

As another reviewer mentioned, the US size 11 fits my Dr. Scholls 10 1/2 W feet just great. I'm impressed by the construction and expect it to last years. I like the sole pads -- they look a bit weird, but they don't slip on floor surfaces. The curve helps keep it on my feet, so it's quick and easy to slip on to work around the house or run outside and set the sprinklers. I've had some good fur lined bedroom slippers in the past, comfortable, but after a while the flat foot syndrome would kick in, but I don't seem to get that problem after wearing these for several hours as they have some arch support. Another funny thing, the leather inside seem to be much more odor free than any other slipper I've had. Maybe it also due to the more open construction, but be that as it may, so far after 3 months there hasn't been any noticeable foot odor. Being frugal (cheap?), I had to think long and hard to get these, but now I'm glad I did.

The "old brown" color shown on the website is a warm, lush, medium brown with light contrasting stiching that I loved. The shoes I received are a deep, dark brown ... very different than depicted. I was surprised and not immediately happy, but I tried them on and they fit perfectly and were comfortable. And I liked (not loved) the color and was impressed with the styling, which was as expected. I emailed Amazon customer service to mention this and to see if they actually had the color I wanted. Within a couple of hours (on a Sunday, no less) I received an email response. They apologized for the inconvenience, thanked me for letting them know about the discrepancy and offered me a 30% refund if I wanted to keep them. I accepted this gracious offer. Then a week or so later I noticed on the site that the price had been lowered $12 from my price. I again contacted Amazon customer service and was again, within two hours, offered another refund. I'm still disappointed that the color is very different from what I ordered, wanted and expected, but I can't say enough about how superb Amazon customer service handled the situation.

These sandals look great and get compliments. I really like them with one caveat: They're easy to step out of unexpectedly. When walking I have to keep my big toes raised slightly and sometimes scuff the ground to keep the sandals properly on my feet. For this reason they're not good for a lot of walking, but they're fine for kicking around my property and for running the quick errand. Again, they look great (if Vikings wore slides...), but come off easily. They appear to be very well made, and size seems accurate. If I lived on a beach and didn't care if I stepped out of them once in a while, I'd wear them all the time.

I bought these sandals as size 11 (I wear size 10-1/2 shoes) per the review of DavidHm72 who also wears 10-1/2 and said they "fit perfectly!" I did NOT have the same experience; the sandals were very uncomfortable, they were too small and my feet hurt when I tried them on.Also, per the review of Denolee "2Dawg Records, Inc." (Rotonda West,, Florida United States) that "They fit beautifully. The leather is exquisite.We have nothing being made in America as nice as these Italian sandals." I was expecting Italian-made sandals. However, upon inspecting them I found that they were made in CHINA!!!Needless to say, these sandals which were received on Friday, October 18, 2013, were returned to Aamzon.com on Tuesday, October 22, 2013.I was extremely disappointed with these sandals!
