This is inexpensive. You get what you pay for but with this, it is well worth it. The items are thin plastic but there is a good assortment and they feel sturdy. The chest plate / vest secures in the back and will require an adult to help put on, but the grenades have been tossed around a lot and have held up. The shield is a decent size for an 8 year old and the knife even has a sheath.

I bought this for my friend son. He's 6yrs old and he super love his swat suit and all that comes with it. It's value for money. A fun toy he and my boy always be playing cop's and robers. It's very durable it made from hard plastic.

Really junky for the cost!cheaply molded plastic.My son was super excited to get this. The handcuffs are crap! Cuff key got broken the first time son tried to play with them.

This is a fun set of Swat team gear for young children. I bought this for my son because he lost the badge to his police costume on Halloween. This was a great value and came with plenty of different police items (along with the badge).The handcuffs come with 2 sets of keys, the grenade makes life-like sounds when you "set it off". The walkie talkie makes noises as well. Some of the items may be a little flimsy if it's used with a lot of force (rough play) but if my son is going to have pretend weapons, flimsier is how I want them to be. The vest can be a little stiff but the shield is pretty strong. There are several other things that come in this kit which makes for a lot of fun, pretend play. If I ever get everything rounded up together again (there are so many), I will try to take a picture. This is definitely a great value for the price.

Everything was perfect my six year year-old loves it!!

I just opened this today and I am super disappointed in this costume. Mostly because this set looks used, not new. The face mask “glass” is covered in scratches and the black part below that is scratched up. Like it has been rubbed against something for a long time. The handle on the back of the shield was not attached. Not sure if it was supposed to be or not, but the bottom piece on the shield that the handle fits in was also broken. Not sure why this would happen on a new product.The accessories don’t really fit on the vest either. Not really sure where I am supposed to put them in the awkward plastic vest? The handcuffs are extremely cheap as well. They key got stuck sideways inside the keyhole the first time he used it. Also, my son just turned 8 two days ago. He is small for his age and the vest squeezes him. I wouldn’t recommend this set. Pretty disappointed that I got somebody else’s used items when I paid for new.

The boys loved these! Even though they sets are all plastic, the boys are having fun playing dress up. Wasn't too thrilled with a few of the items included, so those items disappeared before I gave the kids the outfits. They drive around the yard in their "Police Car" all dressed up. Would make for a great Halloween costume too!
