Commercial Heavy Doors Black.

Purchased over 20 of these for my Hospital EVS staff. THEY LOVE THEM! Most of all, our door guy loves them too! It sure beats putting a rolled up wash cloth in the top of the door when cleaning restrooms or performing floor care! Its a must have for all housekeepers!

I had back surgery and work at an elementary school. I prop open and close my door several times per day. I can’t use the wedge ones very well since I can’t bend over post-surgery. My classroom door is heavy so I was worried it wouldn’t hold up, but the plastic is very heavy duty and has been working great!

This is great for holding open door’s, even heavy doors for unloading groceries, or what ever. Easy to use, sturdy, priced very well.

I live in a condo and I use this on the heavy front and back doors to the building as well as my front door. Does the job well! Easy to use!

This product is great, simple and sufficient as a bellman it makes my job a lot easier. I really like the new slick look, Although I rather use the first ones I ordered back in 2015 it came with 2 door stoppers residential and commercial . This new ones I find the neck a little short and it doesn’t take much to wear down the notches that goes on the hinge. Overall it’s a brilliant product. Makes us look like professional bellman. I am an Executive Housekeeper in the hotel industry. DoorPro made excellent door stops for a long time then recently switched to this tiered plastic design. I recently started using this new design and use this on about 20-30 standard spring loaded doors a day and have worn through two in the past 2 weeks. Very careful when placing to ensure the door stop “hugs” top of hinge, but after a few minutes it seems the door is deforming the plastic. See photo - as you can see, top “tier” simply destroys itself making stopper essentially useless. This has happened 3 times total! Go with Fat Ivan Door Stoppers!

Is to big to bulky, also don't work on all doors like no1 doorstopper if you walk into the hote room and you hit the door by mistake will fell , that is a problem make us burnerable in a situation like that we can ge accused of harassment and since the door close is no way to defend us , thas is why I recommend No1doorstopper.com

Product works great. It did not come with the belt hook that it is supposed to be included and as is shown on the seller's video. I would like to see a way to store it on the door or frame at the location that it is to be used at, maybe with a like a chain or cord to hang it from. That way, it does not disappear from where it is needed. I would not use it all day, so I don't need to keep it on my person but when I want to use it at a specific door which is why I bought it, I do not want to be looking for it and wondering where I happened to leave it last time I used it?

Finally a solution for keeping commercial doors open while doing flooring

It cracked the first time I showed it to the management ! It should be made of rubber and in different width sizes. It is not solid plastic but hollow molding and will not with stand much abuse.

Acheté pour la porte du cabanon à jardin. Trop gros, il n'entre pas assez entre le cadrage et la porte.

The product picture and description in the ad are for the new version of the DoorStop Pro and I received the original. This one does not fit the doors I require it for.
