This product is super. Really works on annoying ringing in the ears and made it much better.

Gave this a good try, using it faithfully twice a day for a month. There has been no effect whatsoever except wet mess in my ears. I should've paid attention to experts online who say there is no known help for tinnitus. Save your money.

My ear ended up starting to hurt really badly after I used this. It felt like it was kind of helping at first but then I started to feel like I was getting an ear infection and I went to the doctor and she said she could see fluid in my ear but no infection so, I have no idea, I still have very bad tinnitis but I didn't use it regularly and now I don't know if I want to keep trying to use it.

I have done ringing in my left . I pretty good but I think each person situation could be different, but I do like 3 days straight and put and calm mines down it’s no cure tinnitus

This product does work... I used it for several days then begin to feel the difference of the nose in ears slowly going away. This procduct works for me...

I've had every diagnostic test available to try to determine why my ears started ringing. No definitive answer and I actually view that as a positive. After all of the tests, I know that none of the possible diagnoses are present. I don't have vertigo associated with the ringing as some people do. The "ringing" I have sounds like muted cicadas. Sometimes the volume would increase so much that I had to turn up the sound on the TV. I have a bit of a feeling like my ears are "stopped up" too. I've been using this for a year now and it works. Follow the directions and don't get discouraged if it is taking a while to get results. It was around eight weeks when I could say I barely had any ringing or stopped up feeling in my ears. Keep the bottle where you will see it so you will remember to use it twice a day because I did find the ringing coming back when I forgot to use this for a few days. Just stick with it - it does work.
