Does it work on concrete? Would it help remove old vinyl adhesive from a basement floor?

I didn’t have good luck doing the same. A good scraper with fresh blades worked for me

Has anyone used this to remove glued down carpet? Please let me know if you were able to pull out the carpet easily with this stuff.

I used it on a carpet adhesive on a concrete floor that was probably 30 years old. The person who installed it was liberal with the glue. I could not pull the carpet up. I had to scrape the carpet up and the back separated from the carpeting. I used this product after I got the rug up. I would say it got a lot of it up but not 100%. I still had to scrape the floor to get the glue and backing up. It was a lot of effort.

Will this soften the glue on concrete floor so I can pull off the glued-down carpet easily?

I had glue from tile on concrete and it did not work well. A grinder and wire wheel is what we had to use.

I do not know. The product did not work.
