Sensor turns on without prompt
The media could not be loaded. DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. Very disappointed. The button keeps releasing the lock with no prompt or motion. See video. Does not work. Cannot return because we mistakenly installed it a day later than the return window… now stuck with an expensive defective product to throw Away.
