I bought these shorts based on positive reviews after a run last week left me chafed and in pain. I’m not a real runner, just someone who finds it the most efficient form of exercise for burning a few extra calories and keeping fit with coronavirus limitations.Honestly, they didn’t move a millimetre. They stayed exactly where they were when I put them on, and I had no chafing issues at all. An added benefit - the side pockets are just big enough for my iPhone (SE2).The waistband is wife, high and comfortable. I usually wear a UK 10 and I bought a medium. Perfect fit. I will definitely buy more of these (and probably the other products too!) and would highly recommend them. I also imagine they’d be great in the gym or yoga studio as they don’t become transparent when bending and stretching.

These are probably the most comfortable workout shorts I've ever had. They are a really soft fabric but they're a great thickness. I primarily want these for strength training and I can confirm they are 100% squat proof!! There are pockets on both legs which are plenty big enough for my iPhone 7 as well as my partner's iPhone 8 plus. They also have a small pocket in the waistband which is such a clever idea for keys or coins/banknote or something. These shorts are a really soft fabric which makes them not shiny at all. They're quite matte looking which I find really flattering. They're almost a very thin fleece like fabric which is not at all what I thought I would want in workout leggings as I'd think of them as being too hot but these are not at all. I am a UK size 12-14 and I got a medium. They're nice and snug and the tummy support works nicely. I am usually a size 10-12 (lockdown didn't do me many favours) and I can feel these will still fit perfectly when I'm back to my usual size. They're really stretchy (including the seams) and so they can stretch to fit quite a few sizes. I also got the full length leggings of these which are equally as great. In terms of the length, I'm 5ft6 and these come to about halfway down my thigh which for me is great as they will protect my thighs from rubbing together when running. They also come as a nice high waist and come to the smallest part of my waist which I think is the most flattering. They don't roll down at all either during running or working out. I think these would also be so ideal worn underneath a dress. I have some basic bike shorts to protect my modesty when it's windy outside but these are so perfect to wear with a dress because of the pockets! I'll definitely be ordering more of these. I've had many many different pairs of shorts/leggings over the years and these are 100% my favourite. For the price, I think these are incredible value. These are much better than some 40-60 pound shorts I've had in the past.

Good quality, thick material and nicely made. Very comfortable and has an inner pocket at the front too for a house key or a tissue. Large 6inch mobile goes well in the side pocket. I was worried they will be too small, I am usually size 8 but their sizing was showing I should get size M. I am so happy I risked size S as it fits perfect. I am very happy with the purchase.

I have several pairs of these in different lengths. They wash well. No bobbling. Flattering fit. Comfortable. Good quality fabric. LOVE THEM! A good all rounder. Pockets are good. They do hold your smart phone in safely too.

These are fantastic. I needed some yoga shorts that would show my knees for some alignment work I was doing. These are so comfortable and supportive. Having put on weight recently I don’t often feel comfortable in tight shorts but would highly recommend. They stay up, keep everything tucked in without worrying. I’m a size 16 and the XL fitted perfectly. Have just ordered another pair in a different colour.

I have a small waist and thunder thighs and have always struggled to find shorts to fit that don’t dig into my chub rub or are massive on my waist these are a little loose on my waist but they don’t fall down and the material is super soft and of good quality. I ordered these in blue and loved them so much I ordered them in another colour! Amazing for the price I’d have paid double (at least!) for these. Buy them and you won’t regret it but if you don’t have thunder thighs I think they are probably a little larger then expected

I find sports wear is now day over priced. Very difficult to find good design and material + good price.This brand IUGA is fair price. Also good design and shape. There for fit well, flattering waistline (very important middle age women like me ), right stretch and thickness (not see through the under wear when stretch of material.) I use ever day for gym , yoga, pilates. almost forgot....come with stylish packaging make you up lift first open.

I bought these shorts because I tore my expensive running leggings and then nearly tore the replacement pair - I wanted something more affordable & above the knee until I could be sure I wasn't going to continue pitching over every time I went running. When these arrived I wasn't sure - the fabric looked too thick and heavy too be comfortable in the summer. Then I put them on and nearly cried - they are not flattering. I bought the medium having read other reviews and they are certainly not good on compression but they are actually very comfortable! I went for a run and was impressed! They were not hot or cumbersome, as I'd feared. The pockets on either side make me look more like a pack horse than ever but they are so useful! When I fell over the second time my gels burst all over my phone and leg but now I can keep them in separate pockets. Overall, these are good shorts and I would buy them again.
